Shipping Policy
Against each product on website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
In order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email the order number or item codes.
As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed with shoproom.in. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days, all other factors being optimum.

Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Items can only be refunded if there is any manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you should have a valid reason.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you contact us within 3 days the return window will be open until the issue is solved.
Replacement
Case 1 : You can replace the product in case of defect or received the wrong product from our end. In these cases, you will get a free replacement.
Case 2 : (Mobile Cover Only) In case where you ordered incorrect product (eg. Vivo V11 instead of V11 Pro), you will have to pay 50 INR additional charges per Cover.
Case 3 : (T-Shirt Only) In case you ordered wrong T-Shirt then you need to pay 150 INR for replacement (100 INR - T-Shirt Base Price + 50 INR - Shipping Charge).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

What Manufacturing defect includes?
Manufacturing defect includes Fitting Issue, Spots on print, Alignment Issue, Scratches, Print Blurred.
What Manufacturing defect does not includes?
Minor color difference, different camera button/camera cutting, customer ordering incorrect model.
